## 2. Page-Level SEO

- [ ] Each page has a unique title.
- [ ] Each page has a unique meta description.
- [ ] Each page has one descriptive H1.
- [ ] H2/H3 hierarchy is logical.
- [ ] Canonical URLs are correct.
- [ ] Open Graph title, description, and image are set.
- [ ] Meaningful images have alt text.
- [ ] Internal links connect service, proof, comparison, FAQ, and contact pages.

## 3. AI-Readable Files

- [ ] sitemap.xml is available and current.
- [ ] robots.txt allows search and answer-engine discovery crawlers where appropriate.
- [ ] llms.txt exists on eligible hosting.
- [ ] llms.txt links to canonical source pages, not every page.
- [ ] llms.txt describes the company in plain language.
- [ ] Static files are verified after publish.

## 4. Structured Data

- [ ] Organization schema matches visible company facts.
- [ ] WebSite schema is present.
- [ ] Service schema appears on real service pages.
- [ ] FAQPage schema appears only where FAQs are visible.
- [ ] Article schema appears on dated articles.
- [ ] Person schema appears on founder/profile pages where appropriate.
- [ ] BreadcrumbList schema reflects the real page hierarchy.
- [ ] JSON-LD validates without errors.

## 5. Migration Preservation

- [ ] Existing WordPress/CMS URLs were crawled before rebuild.
- [ ] Top organic landing pages were exported from Search Console.
- [ ] Backlinked URLs were identified.
- [ ] Old URL to new URL redirect map exists.
- [ ] Priority metadata was preserved or improved.
- [ ] 404s and redirect chains are checked after launch.
- [ ] Sitemap submitted after launch.

## 6. Answer-Engine Proof

- [ ] Ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini direct branded questions.
- [ ] Ask category recommendation questions.
- [ ] Ask comparison questions against top competitors.
- [ ] Record hallucinated facts, omissions, and competitor takeovers.
- [ ] Map each failure to a content, schema, citation, or authority fix.
- [ ] Rerun the same prompts after 30 days.
