Terms of Service

Effective date: April 21, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Intuitive Context, LLC websites, products, client portals, consulting services, and Mythos audit services. By using the services or purchasing an engagement, you agree to these terms.

Services

Intuitive Context provides AI strategy, software delivery, operational consulting, and productized services such as Mythos. Specific deliverables, timing, fees, and responsibilities may also be described in checkout pages, invoices, statements of work, or written proposals.

The services are for business and professional use. They are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or compliance advice.

Mythos audit, monitor, and accelerator

No guaranteed AI placement

We can measure, diagnose, and implement evidence-based visibility improvements. We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google, or any other third-party system will cite, rank, recommend, describe, or include you in a particular way.

Unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, the Accelerator remedy for an agreed implementation that shows zero movement in the agreed leading indicators at the 30-day re-audit is one additional remediation pass at no additional professional fee. This does not guarantee revenue, traffic, rankings, or permanent AI visibility.

Customer responsibilities

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe or another listed payment provider. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the applicable invoice or statement of work.

Mythos Audit purchases include a seven-day refund window from report delivery. Mythos Monitor subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of the original charge; you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — partial-month or unused-period refunds are not available. Accelerator and consulting fees are non-refundable except as stated in the applicable written agreement or required by law. Failed payments, chargebacks, or reversed transactions may result in suspension or termination of the affected engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, or operational information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or the information becomes public through no fault of the receiving party.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you retain ownership of materials you provide, and Intuitive Context retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, software, workflows, know-how, and internal systems, together with any improvements to those pre-existing assets developed during an engagement. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, business-use license to the reports, recommendations, and deliverables prepared specifically for you.

Third-party services

The services may depend on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, AI providers, email providers, and customer systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data handling, or model behavior outside our control.

Acceptable use

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intuitive Context and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an as-available basis, subject to the express commitments in the applicable agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitive Context disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Intuitive Context for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if payment fails, a user violates these terms, continued service creates legal or security risk, or a third-party platform makes continued operation impractical. You may stop using free services at any time and may cancel recurring paid services according to the cancellation process provided. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, civil unrest, terrorism, labor disputes, utility or internet outages, third-party platform failures, cyberattacks, government action, or epidemics. The affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance.

Notices

Legal notices to Intuitive Context must be sent to [email protected]. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on file for your account or, where applicable, posted within the services. Notices are effective upon delivery.
