Your AI assistant. Working for you.

The kind of help that used to feel like science fiction is becoming practical: ask for a meeting brief, the items that need attention, or a follow-up draft. Intuitive Context sets it up with you. We explain what it can see and do, and help you practice. Your experience and judgment stay at the center.

Personal AI assistant implementation for leaders in legal, HR and transportation and logistics. Illustrative scenarios, not recorded demos or guaranteed results. Voice and connected tools depend on the chosen platform and account.

Legal

Prepare me for my next client call. What happened, what is missing, and what should I ask?

Approved information: Approved matter documents, email and calendar. A matter timeline, missing facts and questions for the call. Afterwards, a follow-up draft for the lawyer to review. The lawyer reviews the facts, advice and outgoing message.

HR

Get me ready for our onboarding review. What is outstanding and who needs to act?

Approved information: Approved policies, onboarding checklists and project updates. A summary of missing inputs, upcoming steps and responsible people, with a draft reminder for review. People retain responsibility for employee decisions. No autonomous hiring judgments.

Transportation & logistics

Brief me on the customer updates that need attention and prepare a status draft.

Approved information: Approved shipment records, customer email and documents. An exception brief, missing paperwork and a customer status draft based on the records you provide. An operator verifies shipment facts and approves the update. No live tracking or dispatch guarantees.

For legal teams, an Intakit workflow can be explored as a future pilot. Any new assistant connection would be scoped and tested separately.

Curious about AI. Cautious about giving it access?

That is reasonable. News about AI can make it feel like a big step. You do not need to hand over your whole business. We start with a small job, agree the limits with you and check that the chosen tools can respect them.

Choose what it can see

We agree which information the task needs, then check what access each connection actually grants. We use limited access where supported, or start with approved sample files.

Review before it acts

Start with summaries and drafts you check yourself. Before adding sending or other actions, we agree the approval steps and test what your chosen tools can enforce.

Know how to stop

We show you how to stop work, cancel scheduled tasks and remove connections. These are separate steps. Removing access does not undo completed actions or erase saved copies.

Where does your information go?

The AI provider and any connected services may process and store information used for a task. How long they keep it, and whether it can be used to train models, depends on the product, plan and settings. We review those details with you before using confidential information.

If a tool cannot meet a required boundary, we keep that step with a person or leave it out.

A scoped pilot

Choose the work

Identify two recurring workflows and measure how they work today.

Set the boundaries

Agree the information it can use, the actions it can take and what needs your review.

Configure and test

Check real permissions, review steps, mistakes and stop controls using your approved accounts and tools.

Put it to work

Train the people using it, compare results and decide whether to expand.

Agree success measures before setup: time spent, completeness, corrections and follow-through. Compare the same workflows before and after, then decide whether to expand.

Ownership and oversight

You or your organization own your software accounts and subscriptions. Your engagement is with Intuitive Context. We handle setup, testing and training with you. You receive written instructions and a clear support plan for the scope you agree.

Is this about replacing people or handing over control?

Our work starts with tasks you want help with, such as preparing a brief or a follow-up draft. The goal is to support your people and their judgment. You decide the scope; your team keeps responsibility for business and employee decisions. Start with one person and two tasks, then decide whether the results justify more.

Who can see our information?

The AI provider and any connected services may process and store information used for a task. How long they keep it, and whether it can be used to train models, depends on the product, plan and settings. We review those details with you before using confidential information. You or your organization own the accounts. We agree and document any access Intuitive Context needs for setup and when it should be removed.

Will it send messages or spend money on its own?

We start with drafts and recommendations for a person to review. Built-in features and connected tools have different approval rules. Before enabling actions, we test the available controls against your requirements. If a required approval cannot be enforced, that step stays with a person or is left out of the pilot.

Can I stop it or remove access?

Yes, through the controls available in your chosen tools. We document how to stop active work, cancel scheduled tasks, disconnect tools and revoke access in the source accounts. These may need separate steps. Removing access does not automatically delete information already saved by providers or undo work already completed.

Can you work with our existing subscriptions?

Often. We first check the plan, region, account ownership, connected tools and business data requirements. Some workflows may require a different plan or additional software.

Who helps us if something goes wrong?

Intuitive Context handles setup, realistic tests and hands-on training with you. You receive a record of permissions, review steps, test results and how to stop the work. We agree who to contact and what support is included; ongoing care is scoped separately. AI can make mistakes, so checking important work remains part of the process.

What does it cost?

We quote a fixed scope after reviewing the workflows, access requirements and success measures. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate.

Discovery, paid pilot, deployment and care

Start with a conversation about your day. Agree a fixed pilot scope and acceptance measures. If the result meets those criteria, scope deployment and training. Ongoing tuning and support are agreed separately. A pilot does not commit you to a rollout or care plan.

Evidence and privacy

The scenarios illustrate work we could scope with you. Your pilot creates the evidence: what was tested, what needed correcting and how the result compares with your starting point. Use only approved information and verify sources and missing facts before relying on an answer.
